Police: Story didn't check out, and wife faces murder charge

A woman who told police a masked man fatally shot her husband at her home in northwest Harris County last weekend has been accused in the death. Marcia Jacqueline Dinanno, 59, is charged with murder in the death of Henry Joseph Breaux at the home in the 12900 block of New Cypress about 3:20 p.m. Sunday, according to the Harris County Sheriff's office.
