ArtsBeat: A Summertime Arts Structure for Governors Island
The sponsors of the City of Dreams Pavilion Competition, in which designers compete to create a temporary space for summertime arts activities on Governors Island, have announced this year's winning entry: "Burble Bup" by the design team Bittertang.
