Sex offender on state's wanted list caught in Houston

Timothy Rosales III — considered one of the 10 most wanted fugitives in Texas — was arrested around noon today at an apartment complex in the 7900 block of Tampico Street in north Houston after deputy constables received an anonymous tip about his whereabouts.
